How We Engage
4-Step Intervention
In the Discovery Phase, we review our client’s existing system and identify its strength and shortcomings. We map these against the objective of our intervention.
This first phase is based on business wisdom and tried and tested processes:

A visit to the client’s HO and facilities (both physical and virtual)

Meetings with employees (both physical and virtual)

Understanding the existing business processes and systems

Leading discussions based on the above process mapping and analysis


In the Analysis Phase, we use the input received for strategy development and goal setting. Corrective actions are discussed and decided during this phase.
We analyse and align all the aspects of the organisation i.e its body mind and spirit. Thereby we help them them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
In the Implementation Phase there is intensive involvement. We roll out the designed strategies and monitor the overall process with periodical evaluations at each stage, to meet the objectives.


In the Continued Support Phase, we evaluate and identify the key areas where the organisation needs continued support . This may involve periodic reviews, remote support for finance monitoring and control, along with other strategic support as needed.
