Jimson has completed an MDP in Emotional Intelligence from MDI Gurgaon. He has also completed various certificate programs in Behavioral Economics and psychology. He is an AFP Certificate holder and an excellent financial planner. Jimson’s expertise and experience have resulted in his being named as the Designated Partner of Navion Consultants LLP, a firm that is engaged in wealth management. The company manages the financial assets of over 300 High Net Worth individuals and corporates. The LLP manages assets worth Rs 200 Crores.

He was employed as Regional Manager, Credits in HDFC Bank Ltd. before venturing into independent consulting. Jimson’s wide experience covers management consulting, strategic planning, process design and implementation, organisational structure design, HRM, and financial accounting.
