Shail has over 23+ years of business and management experience, He has held various management positions at companies such as Yahoo and Uber where he has developed expertise as a design strategist, collaborating at the crossroads of business strategy, research insights, and visual thinking.

 

As an entrepreneur, Shail helped set up a design lab (www.gravityilabs.com), created customer experience for (www.maekers.com) and also co-founded a music academy (www.themysticbamboo.com).

 

Shail graduated from Newfield Network's Ontological Coaching Program and is an active member of the ICF (International Coach Federation).
